LIfetherapy Positivity in Color Bracelet Turquoise

By Lynette Lovelace, Lifetherapy

Turquoise is a color associated with clarity of thought and open communication.

Clarity alone makes me want to say, “Sign me up!”

This slightly bluish tone of green occurs in nature in the form of a gem/mineral.

The color turquoise is associated with water and one can just picture the varying depths of this color when standing in front of an ocean on a clear day. The color is said to promote higher emotional self awareness, an ability to connect the chakra between our heart and our throats. Turquoise may inspire one to transcend rational thought and share creative spiritual depth in love and friendship.

Stuck in a rut? Turquoise supports our ability to see things; it reinforces self esteem and our love for ourselves which in turn supports our ability to love others. It is restorative to the nurturers among us as it recharges the spirit in times of mental stress and tiredness. Turquoise is said to absorb negativity, freeing us up to experience, harmony, idealism,

compassion, a sense of calm and a healthy self sufficiency.
